White Label Bricks Development
Bricks development capacity for your agency. Predictable retainers, NDA-protected, your brand never leaves the room.

The problem
You have more Bricks projects than bandwidth. Hiring a full-time developer is risky when volume fluctuates, freelancers ghost on deadlines, and contractors sometimes invoice your client directly. You need predictable Bricks development capacity without the HR overhead.
What you get
What we don't do
Agency-safe workflow
Your agency stays front-and-center. We work behind your brand, with no direct client communication by default, agency-present technical calls only when approved, and notes written for agency use.
Tasks, priorities, exclusions, approvals, and next-step decisions are written for agency review.
Staging links, review windows, and feedback status are kept visible to your team before delivery.
Responsive checks, component states, forms, links, and launch-sensitive details are grouped before handoff.
Client-safe language is written for your team to adapt, not sent directly to your client.
Implementation choices, tradeoffs, and dependencies are documented under the agreed NDA workflow.
Open items, recommended next actions, and approval points stay inside your agency workflow.
Built to be reviewed by your agency. Your agency owns the relationship, the communication, and the client-facing narrative unless you approve otherwise.
Execution quality
A quick look at the kind of structured Bricks work, component thinking, and operational handoff your agency can expect before anything reaches the client.
Review
Your team reviews the work before anything is shared with the client, keeping the agency front-and-center.
Agency approval first
No direct client contact by default.
Build decisions, QA notes, and implementation context are written for internal agency use.
Internal handoff notes
You decide what the client sees.
Work can move through staging and agency review before launch-sensitive changes are released.
Review before release
Quiet execution with visible status.
If a technical call is needed, it happens with your agency present and approved before the call exists.
Agency-present calls only
Your relationship stays protected.

How we work
We walk through your agency's workflow, tools, typical Bricks projects, and communication expectations. 30 minutes, no commitment.
Mutual NDA signed, retainer agreement finalized with tier, SLA, and tool preferences. Everything in writing before any work begins.
We join your Slack, your PM tool, your shared docs. Brand guidelines, preferred class naming, and any ACSS / framework preferences are documented.
Your first task or project is defined, estimated, and delivered within your SLA window. Feedback loop is established during this sprint.
Monthly check-in: what worked, what can improve, is the current tier still the right fit? Capacity and process adjustments are made here.
Tasks flow through your retainer. You assign work in your tool of choice, we deliver within SLA. No friction, no renegotiation per task.

FAQ
We work on a monthly retainer model with a fixed number of hours per month (20, 40, or 80+). Each tier includes a set SLA, dedicated Slack channel at Growth and above, and predictable monthly invoicing. You pay the same amount every month regardless of how many tasks you run through us.
That is exactly why the retainer model exists - your capacity is reserved whether you use every hour or not. If you consistently need more, we bump you up a tier. If you have a quiet month, hours roll for one billing cycle. Pilot clients can pause with two weeks' notice.
Never. This is non-negotiable. We never contact your clients, never appear in client-facing communication, and never reference our involvement. Your brand is the only brand your clients see. Our NDA explicitly prohibits direct client contact of any kind.
We flag it early - if a task estimate is trending over, we surface it before we exceed the estimate. You then decide: de-deliverables, carry into next month's hours, or approve overage at the pre-agreed hourly rate. No surprise invoices.
Yes - we adapt to your stack, not the other way around. We work in your Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Linear, or whatever you use. During onboarding we set up integrations so tasks flow into our workflow without duplication.
NDA is standard and signed before any work begins. It covers all client information, deliverables, and the existence of our relationship. We never list projects we build for your agency in our portfolio unless you explicitly approve it in writing.
Pilot clients can pause with two weeks' notice; Growth and Scale clients can pause for one month per quarter with 30 days' notice. We keep your onboarding materials and brand guidelines live so restarting is immediate. No restart fee.
