The problem

Your agency needs Bricks capacity - but hiring is a headache

You have more Bricks projects than bandwidth. Hiring a full-time developer is risky when volume fluctuates, freelancers ghost on deadlines, and contractors sometimes invoice your client directly. You need predictable Bricks development capacity without the HR overhead.

  • Can't justify a full-time Bricks developer Volume fluctuates month to month. One month you have three Bricks builds queued; the next, it is quiet. A full-time hire sits idle or burns budget. A retainer gives you capacity that scales with your pipeline. + overhead
  • Freelancers are unpredictable They ghost on deadlines, miss deliverables requirements, or - worse - invoice your client directly and cut you out of the relationship. A retainer with an NDA and zero-client-contact policy removes every one of those risks. + risk
  • Deliverables bleed on every project Without a retainer relationship, every small change becomes a separate negotiation - quotes, approvals, delays. A retainer smooths that: you send the task, it gets done in your monthly allocation, no per-change friction. + friction

What you get

A dedicated Bricks development capacity behind your brand

  • Dedicated capacity - hours or projects per month Reserved hours every month so your Bricks work never sits in a queue behind someone else's project.
  • NDA + white-label by default NDA signed before any work starts. Your brand is the only brand your clients see - we never appear in deliverables or communication.
  • Slack, email, or PM tool integration We work inside your team's tools - ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Linear, or whatever your agency runs on.
  • Branded reporting Monthly reports with your agency's logo and branding - ready to attach to client invoices or internal reviews.
  • Zero direct client contact We never speak to your clients, never appear in client Slack channels or email threads, and never reference our role.
  • Predictable monthly invoicing Same amount, same date, every month. No surprise invoices, no deliverables-creep line items, no per-task billing friction.

What we don't do

  • Contact your clients directly - ever
  • Poach your relationships or solicit your clients
  • Work outside the agreed deliverables without approval
  • Work without an NDA in place

Agency-safe workflow

What your white-label handoff includes

Your agency stays front-and-center. We work behind your brand, with no direct client communication by default, agency-present technical calls only when approved, and notes written for agency use.

Sprint deliverables notes

Tasks, priorities, exclusions, approvals, and next-step decisions are written for agency review.

Staging and review notes

Staging links, review windows, and feedback status are kept visible to your team before delivery.

QA checklist

Responsive checks, component states, forms, links, and launch-sensitive details are grouped before handoff.

Agency-safe client summary

Client-safe language is written for your team to adapt, not sent directly to your client.

Technical decision notes

Implementation choices, tradeoffs, and dependencies are documented under the agreed NDA workflow.

Handoff and next-step notes

Open items, recommended next actions, and approval points stay inside your agency workflow.

Built to be reviewed by your agency. Your agency owns the relationship, the communication, and the client-facing narrative unless you approve otherwise.

Execution quality

Execution quality your agency can review

A quick look at the kind of structured Bricks work, component thinking, and operational handoff your agency can expect before anything reaches the client.

Review

Agency review

Your team reviews the work before anything is shared with the client, keeping the agency front-and-center.

Agency approval first

No direct client contact by default.

Behind-the-scenes notes

Build decisions, QA notes, and implementation context are written for internal agency use.

Internal handoff notes

You decide what the client sees.

Why us

Built for agencies - not for end clients

The agency case

  • Agency-first communication. We speak briefs, deliverables docs, and retro notes. We know what your PM expects and deliver it that way - no dev-speak hand-waving, no missed acceptance criteria.
  • Your tools, your processes. ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack, Linear - we integrate into how you already work. Zero process overhead on your side.
  • Zero direct client contact, by default. No exceptions. Your client relationships are yours. We never surface in any client-facing channel. This is in the NDA and in our operating procedures.
  • Predictability, not project-by-project chaos. Retainer means your Bricks capacity is reserved. No negotiating every small change, no availability roulette.

FAQ

White-label Bricks development, answered

We work on a monthly retainer model with a fixed number of hours per month (20, 40, or 80+). Each tier includes a set SLA, dedicated Slack channel at Growth and above, and predictable monthly invoicing. You pay the same amount every month regardless of how many tasks you run through us.

That is exactly why the retainer model exists - your capacity is reserved whether you use every hour or not. If you consistently need more, we bump you up a tier. If you have a quiet month, hours roll for one billing cycle. Pilot clients can pause with two weeks' notice.

Never. This is non-negotiable. We never contact your clients, never appear in client-facing communication, and never reference our involvement. Your brand is the only brand your clients see. Our NDA explicitly prohibits direct client contact of any kind.

We flag it early - if a task estimate is trending over, we surface it before we exceed the estimate. You then decide: de-deliverables, carry into next month's hours, or approve overage at the pre-agreed hourly rate. No surprise invoices.

Yes - we adapt to your stack, not the other way around. We work in your Slack, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Linear, or whatever you use. During onboarding we set up integrations so tasks flow into our workflow without duplication.

NDA is standard and signed before any work begins. It covers all client information, deliverables, and the existence of our relationship. We never list projects we build for your agency in our portfolio unless you explicitly approve it in writing.

Pilot clients can pause with two weeks' notice; Growth and Scale clients can pause for one month per quarter with 30 days' notice. We keep your onboarding materials and brand guidelines live so restarting is immediate. No restart fee.
