Site audit
We document your current state - WordPress version, Bricks version, active plugins, hosting environment, PageSpeed scores, and any existing issues. This is your baseline.
Bricks Care Plans
Updates, backups, security, performance monitoring, and small edits. Predictable monthly cost, zero stress.
The problem
Updates get skipped. Backups aren't configured. Small edits pile up into a backlog nobody has time for. And when something breaks, there's no one who knows your Bricks site well enough to fix it fast.
Plugin and WordPress updates pile up, security gaps widen, and your site drifts further from current versions. Each skipped update makes the next one riskier.
+ riskSomething breaks - a plugin conflict, a bad update, a user error - and there's no recent backup to restore from. Hours or days of content and configuration, gone.
+ data lossTiny content changes - a team bio, a pricing update, a new testimonial - become a backlog nobody has time for. Weeks turn into months, and your site drifts out of date.

What we don't do
Agency-safe workflow
Your agency stays front-and-center. We handle maintenance, checks, small edits, and reporting behind your brand, with concise notes your team can review and share when needed.
WordPress, Bricks, theme, and plugin update activity is summarized with staging notes where needed.
Backup checks, restore assumptions, and storage notes are reported without overstating coverage.
Monitoring observations, security flags, and downtime context are separated from routine maintenance notes.
Compatibility risks, abandoned plugins, and recurring warnings are called out before they become surprises.
Completed edits, work boundaries, and requests needing a separate quote are grouped for agency review.
The monthly summary is written so your team can adapt it for the client without exposing internal workflow.
Built to be reviewed by your agency. The handoff keeps recurring maintenance visible without turning every update into client-facing noise.
Execution quality
A quick look at the kind of structured Bricks work, component thinking, and operational handoff your agency can expect before anything reaches the client.
Review
Updates, checks, and support notes are grouped into a reviewable trail before anything becomes client-facing.
Monthly review notes
Routine care stays organized.
Small edits, larger change requests, plugin risks, and hosting issues are separated so the agency can respond clearly.
Boundaries documented
No open-ended edit ambiguity.
Sensitive updates and higher-risk changes are reviewed outside production when the site needs that guardrail.
Safer maintenance flow
Production is not the first test.
The report turns technical maintenance into client-safe language your team can approve, adapt, or keep internal.
Ready for agency review
No client-facing noise by default.

How we work
We document your current state - WordPress version, Bricks version, active plugins, hosting environment, PageSpeed scores, and any existing issues. This is your baseline.
We set up daily backups, uptime monitoring, security scanning, and staging environment. Your site is instrumented before we touch anything.
If your audit flagged stale plugins, pending updates, or security issues, we address them now - on staging first, then pushed to production after verification.
Every week we run updates on staging, verify, and push to production. Every month you get a clear report: uptime, updates applied, security status, performance trend, edit hours used.
Every quarter we review your site together: performance trends, edit patterns, plugin landscape changes, and whether your current plan still fits your needs.
Why us
Every client receives this report monthly - proof of work, not just a bill.
FAQ
Small edits cover content changes within existing layouts - text updates, image swaps, adding a new team member, updating pricing on a page, changing button labels, adding a new blog post. Anything that uses existing components and doesn't require new design or layout work. If an edit would take under 15 minutes, it typically counts toward your monthly hour allowance.
We test every Bricks and plugin update on a staging copy of your site before applying it to production. If an update introduces a conflict, we catch it on staging, roll it back, and report the issue to you. Your live site is never the test environment. If something still slips through, Pro and Premium plans receive priority triage inside the agreed plan boundaries.
No - we work with your existing hosting. Our care plans are hosting-agnostic. That said, if your hosting is causing performance or reliability issues, we'll flag it and can recommend hosts that work well with Bricks.
Edit hours reset each month and don't roll over. This keeps our scheduling predictable and your site consistently maintained. Most clients use their hours for small ongoing changes - if you consistently have unused hours, you may want to drop a tier. If you consistently need more, upgrading is seamless.
Our security monitoring and malware scans catch intrusions early. We maintain daily off-site backups, so we can restore a clean version quickly. If a compromise does occur, we handle the cleanup - malware removal, vulnerability patching, and restoration from the last clean backup. This is included in all care plan tiers.
Our care plans are built around Bricks Builder because that's what we specialise in. If your site runs Bricks, you get the full benefit - we know how Bricks updates interact with plugins, how to troubleshoot Bricks-specific issues, and how to make edits efficiently inside the builder. If your site isn't on Bricks, we'd recommend a general WordPress maintenance provider instead.
You submit edit requests through our client portal or via email. Each request is triaged - if it falls within the agreed deliverables of your plan's hour allowance, we complete it, within the plan queue and agreed priority level. If a request would exceed your hours, we let you know before starting and offer a one-off quote for the extra work.
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We'll schedule a quick call to understand your site, current hosting setup, and what level of care you need. From there we run a site audit to establish a baseline, then onboard you onto the plan. Most sites are fully onboarded within 3–5 business days.
