Emotikon (emotikon.org) is a psychiatry and psychotherapy centre — a clinical brand that needs warmth, clarity, and an easy path to the right specialist.
Challenge
Mental-health sites fail when they feel either cold or chaotic. The Elementor build mixed Polish clinical language, media proof, and offer areas in a way that was hard to keep calm. Visitors needed to understand the centre, explore support areas, and find specialists without cognitive overload. Separate property from emotikon.hr (decorative finishes).
Approach
We rebuilt in Bricks with a clinic-first IA: offer areas, specialists, and contact as the spine. The human photography and media logos stayed as trust signals, not decoration piles. Language stayed Polish and clinical; section rhythm was slowed so the hero could introduce the centre before deeper menus. Cookie and consent chrome was left out of the design system work — content structure was the focus.
Outcome
A calmer Bricks clinic site that presents Emotikon’s psychiatry and psychotherapy offer with clearer routes to support areas and specialists — distinct slug and story from the Croatian finishes brand.
