This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) covers use of the professional services and related project environments provided by BricksGenius. “BricksGenius,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arnab Mohapatra operating under the trading name BricksGenius. BricksGenius is a trading name operated by Arnab Mohapatra, an individual based in India — not a registered company or separate legal entity.

Scope
This AUP applies to customers and their personnel who use our development, migration, optimisation, retainer, white-label, or related professional services, and to any staging or project access we provide for an engagement. BricksGenius does not provide general-purpose public hosting accounts, end-user social platforms, or open network infrastructure as a consumer product. Customer misuse rules in this AUP are separate from BricksGenius’s own marketing obligations.
Prohibited activities
You must not use our services, deliverables, or project access to:
- Engage in illegal activity or to promote illegal goods/services
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Steal credentials, phish, or facilitate account takeover
- Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) using systems we build or access
- Abuse scraping in ways that violate law, robots rules, or third-party terms applicable to the target
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts
- Perform security testing against our systems or other parties’ systems without prior written permission
- Consume resources in a way that degrades shared infrastructure or violates hosting provider rules
- Commit fraud, identity deception for unlawful gain, or payment abuse
Enforcement
If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate services, remove access to staging environments, and report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required. You remain responsible for your end customers’ unlawful use of sites we build when that use stems from your instructions or content.

Changes
We may update this AUP by publishing a revised version. Material changes apply to ongoing engagements after notice, unless unlawful activity requires immediate action.
